Who we are
This policy explains what information ZICMADE collects when you use zicmadeclothing.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. For any question about your own information, email admin@zicmadeclothing.com.
Information we collect
- Order information. Your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number, plus what you ordered. We need this to fulfill your order.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card. Full card numbers are never stored on this site.
- Account information. If you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Marketing preferences. Your email address if you subscribe, and a record of when you did.
- Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
How we use it
We use order and payment information to process, ship and support your purchase and to handle returns. We use technical data to keep the store secure, fix problems and understand which parts of the site are useful. Marketing email goes only to people who asked for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link that works. We also keep the records required for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store: our website host, our payment processor, the carriers who deliver your order, and the tools we use for email and analytics. Each may use it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. Some are strictly necessary, for example to keep items in your cart and keep you signed in. Others help us measure how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary ones stops parts of the store working. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for support, returns and our tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, and account data while your account is open. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete what we no longer need, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email admin@zicmadeclothing.com from the address on your order so we can verify who you are.
If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you specific rights: to know what we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Residents of other states with similar privacy laws have comparable rights and can use the same address.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and changes
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures. We may update this policy, and the version published here is always the current one.
