Refund and Returns Policy

At Zicmade Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Please note: Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@zicmadeclothing.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zicmadeclothing.com with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
